RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
All earrings are final sale. At this time we don't offer refunds or returns. If your earrings arrive damaged due to shipping reasons, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving them. You can do this through our contact page on our website or email us at clayandsun.info@gmail.com with your order number and an image of the damaged earring. Please keep in mind that all of our earrings are handmade which means that they might have unique minor flaws or imperfections. We will not ship out anything that has major flaws.
SHIPPING INFO
We ship all our orders out through Canada Post. Standard shipping time within Ontario is 3-7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once we have dropped your order off at the post office.
