What are the earrings made of?
The earrings are made of polymer clay. Polymer clay is a very lightweight material. The metal hardware we use is nickel-free and hypoallergenic.

How do I care for my earrings?
Polymer clay earrings are very durable however like all jewellery, they should be handled and treated with care. Store them in a cool and dry place where they cannot be scratched, bent, or dropped.

Can I get my earrings wet?
A bit of water won't hurt your earrings, however, it is not recommended to swim or shower with them on.

How long does it take for my earrings to be made?
Please allow up to 7 business days for custom orders to be made plus shipping time.

How long does shipping take?
We ship all of our orders out through Canada Post. Due to COVID-19, the mail may be experiencing delays. Standard shipping time within Ontario is 3-7 business days.

How do I know when my order has been shipped?
We will send you a shipping confirmation email once we have dropped your order off at the post office. If you have chosen the tracked shipping option, the confirmation email will also include the tracking information. Please note, if you have chosen the standard untracked shipping option, there is no way to track your order. SUN & CLAY is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Cancellations
Cancellations are only permitted within 24 hours of payment.

Damage
If your purchase arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 24 hours. You can do this through our contact page on our website or email us at clayandsun.info@gmail.com with your Order Number and an image of the damaged earring. Please keep in mind that all of our earrings are handmade which means that they might have unique minor flaws or imperfections. We will not ship out anything that has major flaws. We do our best to give you the best product we can and we are constantly growing in our craft!
